Returns:

Get Plated accepts returns within 5 days of receipt of product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in anyway, please email returns@getplated.co to receive a return shipping label. Returns will be processed for store credit or a full refund on the product.

Shipping:

Get Plated ships from Miami, Florida via any of the major carriers servicing the United States. We strive to be as efficient as possible in our shipping, utilizing appropriate sized boxes and padding to keep costs and waste at a minimum. All orders less than $25.00 are assessed a $3.00 flat rate shipping charge. For orders over $25.00 shipping is automatically included free of charge.

We utilize Shippo to determine the most cost effective carrier for your delivery. If you have any special requirements with regards to delivery scheduling or handling, please send us an email at shipping@getplated.co
